The Sleep Pattern Snapshot

Already Have Labs? Let’s Translate What They Mean.

The Sleep Pattern Sanapshot Session is a physician-led review for women in perimenopause who already have recent labs but want clarity about what those results actually mean.

If This Is Your Situation

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
YOU ALREADY HAVE LABS

Translate Your “Normal” Lab Results

Many women already have labs but are told everything looks normal. This visit reviews your hormone, thyroid, metabolic, and iron markers through a perimenopause and sleep lens.

Identify the Pattern Driving Your Symptoms

Sleep disruption, brain fog, and energy crashes rarely come from one marker alone. We examine how your lab results interact across hormone, metabolic, and nervous system pathways.

Leave With a Clear Clinical Direction

Instead of guessing or repeating labs, you leave with a clear understanding of what your results suggest and the next medical or lifestyle steps to consider.

This is for you if…

You already have labs.

But you were told:

“Everything looks normal.”

Meanwhile you are still experiencing:

  • 2 a.m. waking
    • fragmented sleep
    • energy crashes
    • hot flashes or temperature swings
    • brain fog or metabolic changes

The question is whether they are being interpreted through the right lens.

This Visit Is About Translation

Instead of guessing, we look at how your markers relate to:

HORMONE SIGNALING

METABOLIC REGULATION

THYROID
ACTIVITY

INFLAMMATION SIGNALS

NERVOUS SYSTEM STRESS

In this visit we review your labs together and connect them to your current sleep and hormone pattern.

The goal is to identify what matters and what does not.

Expert care with uncompromising quality.

During this 30-minute visit we will:

  • review your existing labs
  • identify which markers are most relevant to your symptoms
  • connect those markers to your current sleep and hormone pattern
  • determine whether additional testing is needed or whether a clinical pathway can begin

What Labs Qualify

To use the Snapshot visit, your labs should be from the last six months and include some combination of:

Hormone Markers

These markers help identify hormone signaling shifts that occur during the perimenopause transition.

Common markers include:

  • Estradiol
    • Progesterone
    • FSH or LH
    • DHEA-S

Throid Markers

Thyroid function strongly influences sleep quality, energy, and metabolism.

Common markers include:

  • TSH
    • Free T4
    • Free T3
    • Thyroid antibodies (TPO or TgAb)

Metabolic & Inflammation Markers

Sleep disruption in perimenopause is often connected to metabolic and inflammatory changes.

Common markers include:

  • Fasting glucose
    • Fasting insulin
    • HbA1c
    • CRP or other inflammation markers
    • Ferritin or iron levels

If your labs do not include several of these markers, the Sleep Foundations Visit will likely be the better starting point so we can establish the correct baseline panel.

Blood, Saliva, or Dried Urine How To Choose Hormone Testing That Makes Sense

STEP 1

What you need to bring

Please upload lab PDFs before your visit.

Preferred: labs from the last 6 months.

If you do not have recent labs or the right labs, the Snapshot consult is not the best use of your time.

In that case, the correct next step is the Sleep Foundations Lab Review so we can order baseline labs and build from real data.

Do you have questions

Do I need to be in a licensed state?

Yes. You must be physically located in TX, CA, MD, or OH at the time of the visit.

Many women are told their labs are normal but still experience sleep disruption, fatigue, brain fog, or metabolic changes. This visit reviews your results through a perimenopause and sleep pattern lens, looking at how markers interact rather than evaluating them in isolation.

During a telemedicine consultation, the doctor reviews your medical history, discusses symptoms, provides a diagnosis, and suggests a treatment plan. If necessary, they may prescribe medication or recommend further tests.

Then you will be directed to the Sleep Foundations Lab Review so we can order baseline labs.

Recent labs within the past 6–12 months that include some combination of hormone, thyroid, metabolic, iron, or inflammation markers are typically sufficient. You do not need every marker listed on this page. If your labs are incomplete, we will determine whether additional testing is recommended.

The Sleep Pattern Snapshot focuses on interpreting your existing labs and identifying the biological pattern influencing your symptoms. If deeper treatment planning is needed, we will discuss the next appropriate clinical step.
